In an interview, a reporter asked him the secret behind the success of a bank president.

"Two words", he said.
"Anything?", After the reporter.
"The decision telling."
"How to make a telling decision?"
"One word."
"What's that?"
"Experience."
"How do you draw from the experience?"
"Five said."
"Anything?"
"By making the wrong decision."

Often we avoid the mistakes or failures. We do not want to look stupid, ashamed, or dipecundangi by others. In each of our appearance, while getting along with others, we always want to look perfect. In fact, there is a growing thought that if we make a mistake, then we do not just make us ashamed of ourselves, but also our parents. Why? Because had our parents teach us wrong. That is often thought by most people.

So that we do not embarrass the parents, then we must be perfect. What's worse, parents were often forced her to be perfect, and do not make mistakes / failures. Plus with the environment in which we live and interact. Often an environment not accept people who make mistakes. Moreover, if a mistake was giving it a disgrace to the environment.
These circles that often affect us, so that increases our desire for great is the name to avoid mistakes / failures. However, try to listen to the following wise words: "If you're afraid to make mistakes, then you never really do anything." How so? Let us take an example, something you want done first by almost everybody when adolescence: UP BIKE.

I was always desperate to feel to ride a bicycle (two-wheeled bicycle, not a tricycle). However, when tried for the first time I often fell. I even asked the help of parents or friends, even neighbors, to help me learn the bike. I had forgotten how much I fell off (make mistakes). Until the end I managed to control the bike.

And it turned out, for a new thing we want to do, we will never be straight, but we certainly can if you keep learning. This is also the answer the question: "Who says I do not do anything, if I'd done nothing wrong?" It's true we often do, and we do not or are not making mistakes. For example only, eat. Almost (I say almost, because there are people who do not eat every day) every day we eat. However, if we forget, we also make mistakes while learning to feed themselves. Thus, the unwillingness to make mistakes, we just are in the circle of activities that only it-that's all, did not develop.

This does not mean that everyone is free to make mistakes. Because, there are also people make mistakes, and it was not for his own development, unless the person admits his guilt and wanted to learn. For example, to steal. This too is a form of error, but not a mistake I mean here. In simple terms we can distinguish them: DELIBERATE ERRORS AND MISTAKES ARE NOT KNOWN.
One of the human body is the ability of adaptation. If we were in summer, and all of a sudden going to change the winter season. So, we'll deal with it half to death. This is because our bodies are not familiar with the sudden temperature change. But gradually our bodies will adapt, so that we can continue to survive in the winter. In this adaptation process, we often make mistakes / failures.

Initially we have used two-wheeled bicycle. However, through the learning process we are able to adapt / get used to two-wheeled bicycle. Well, in this learning process we often make mistakes / failures. And, we learn from mistakes / failures. Why in the adaptation process we often make mistakes / failures? Because we do not have the ability to something new. This is our pengatahuan limitations.

So, recognizing the limitations of our knowledge, we are constantly learning to do things that are new. And in it will often happen error / failure. Thus, error / failure is a new knowledge for us, until we get what we want knowledge. That is why I equate the word "mistake" with the word "failure". Although there are types of failures that do not educate. For example, the statement, "I failed to steal the day!" So, the fault / failure is a natural process that must go through to obtain new knowledge (new hope).

Unlike the case with a mistake made on purpose. However, the real in any deliberate mistakes people make mistakes / failures again. For example, to become master thieves, takes a lot of mistakes / failures so good at it. Not only the lessons that are obtained. If we want to improve the quality of our lives, then the deliberate error can provide learning / knowledge new to us. So, not only, how many mistakes you make (whether natural or intentional), but, if we want to improve the quality of our self?
Maybe that's why God is Forgiving, the origin of our intention to improve the quality of ourselves (with a truly repentant). Since each error, whether natural or intentional, actually gives a lesson for us. And it all depends on our views, whether to improve self-esteem or drop?

There is a beautiful sentence from Anthony Robbins, "There is no such things as failure. That there are only results. You always make the result. When it is not desired, you can simply change the action and obtain new results. "This means that any error / failure is the result we have to learn to get the expected results.

Remember! I have often received and studied as a natural mistake because in it there is a learning process. Because in a way that I can continue to DO and GREW!
