In my view, the personal-development phase can be seen from the following four stages: first, to identify themselves. Second, the position itself.Third, the bust itself. And fourth, self-actualization. I will study the first stage first.

Compared to the other creatures of God, man is the most perfect creation.Perfection here viewed from the side-completeness of the human itself, namely the existence of goodness, there is also a deterioration. There is a strong side, there are the weak side. Human beings as the full potential of themselves, must always grow toward self actualization. Humans must recognize both sides are the most of. For, the self is the basis of the action or actions, in order to reach a goal that big.

Example: after carefully analyzing the self, then we can find our personal strengths, such as creativity, spirit innovate, the sharpness of the analysis, the ability to find opportunities, acceptance of new things, learn the spirit of the high ideals and objectives or personal noble. But on the other hand, may feel we have a weakness, such as poor discipline, not the focus, less consistent, does not dare to try, or does not dare to take risks.

In this case, we see how the strength of a potential self-developed special become difficult, because of the weaknesses that can not be controlled or managed properly.

Crucial point here is, or maximize the potential strengths and weaknesses as well as minimize the influence of us. Caranya: How:

First, is committed to eliminate the weaknesses are.
Second, action or conduct business that seriously to stop every time they appear self weakness.
Third, the new habits that encourage mencuatnya our potential, and at the same time inter-deep in each of our weaknesses.
Fourth, continue to regenerate and develop the self-motivation, that the spirit of the flame and we always have a healthy mentality.

And the fourth thing we have to start now! Remember, only people who have the motivation and the act that will succeed. Action is power! Action is power!
