said business generally refers to commercial activities in order to obtain the subsistence daily. One of the consequences of work is to get money, whether it is called salary, incentives, commissions, bonuses, or whatever the term. And when a distinctive type of work we work to become a "fun" and "not exciting", while the amount of money that we may be off in the category "little" or "small" and "a lot" or "big",the following are four possible :

Quadrant I: Fun but a small reward
Quadrant II: Fun and great rewards
Quadrant III: No fun and reward small
Quadrant IV: No fun, but big rewards

First, there is the type of work "fun", but only to give the reward money "little" or "small". Second, there is the type of work "fun", and the reward money to provide "a lot" or "great." Third, there is the type of work that "not exciting", and provide rewards only "small".And last, there is the type of work that "not exciting", but to give the reward money "large".

If the four possibilities that we work in the application that becomes our main breadwinners at this time, the first question is: Is it fun or not? Then, whether the work is fun or not, turunannya question is: Will he give the reward money in large or small?


If the work is fun, but a small reward money,there is still reason to maintain its. The same applies when the work is not fun, but big money rewards. Fun work will make us productive, and the rewards will be great to make it feel valued productivity properly. Thus, both our work and our party will work to obtain the same benefits. There are feelings of win-win relationship in such work.
